International Tax Director

Susan has specialized in American tax issues for expatriates and US taxpayers abroad for more than a decade, working in New Zealand and across Southeast Asia. Both IRS Enrolled Agent and qualified Acceptance Agent, Susan specializes in complex preparation issues, tax planning for Americans with foreign corporation, corporations, negotiating and resolving tax penalty issues with both the IRS and state tax authorities, and representing US taxpayers during the IRS audit and appeals process.

Client Manager - Southeast Asia

James moved to Thailand in 2011, shortly after graduating from an international business program at California Polytechnic State University. He worked as a business development manager for finance and insurance companies across Southeast Asia for six years before ultimately focusing on American clients and US tax issues. James is a Certifying Acceptance Agent, assisting clients from across the region in applying for Individual Tax Identification Numbers (ITINs).

Accounting Manager

Aom holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Huachiew Chalermprakiet University and a bachelor's of law from Thammasat University. In 2013, she went on the earn her MBA at Ashland University in the United States. Not only does Aom have accounting experience spanning more than ten years, she's also well versed in US tax preparation and foreign bank reporting requirements. Her hobbies include reading, swimming, gardening, and playing the Thai dulcimer.
